Creative Commons and the development of an Open Access Culture;  The impact of the Creative Commons licenses  on Open Access: Challenges and opportunities to develop an open ecosystem.  Presentation by Prof. Chloe Goeras-Santos, Esq., Creative Commons Co-Founder in Puerto Rico, Law School, University of Puerto Rico, with students of the Law Cybernetic Clinic: Julio Guzman, Pedro Lopez, Sharon Maldonado and Luz Molinelli.
