What are your goals for OA Week 2015?
Though veteran(76), I have been a researcher in optical physics, besides reviewing and journalism in Journals. My current research interests concern history of physics and need to browse very early Journals in physics as early as 1800 or. For example, I am to trying to locate online the German Journal 'Sitzung Berichte Kaisersl. Akad Wiss. mWien for the year 1877 wherein Prof. Exner published the earliest paper concerning the observation of the Speckle Phenomenon, etc. Will be happy, if I can browse journals like 'Nature', Scient.American very old issues and download the needed papers. Would welcome your kind help. Thanks
