Use Culture/kultur To Promote access to knowledge.
I ll need to be trained first on how to use the computer not just efficiently but effectively because it is the first tool for the task I opt to start.How can I master the content(Digital Knowledge/information) without mastering the container( IT e.g computer's disk drive and other components)? Secondly you can facilitate and enhance the pragmatic of the newly acquired savoir I ll be in possession of.
