Subbiah Arunachalam on Open Access in India

Arunachalam is Distinguished Fellow at the Centre for Internet and Society, Bangalore, India. Arun has been a tireless advocate of Open Access, not only in India, but throughout the world. Here he talks about some of the challenges facing policy makers in India and what actions he think should be taken by the Council of Science and Industrial Research and by the science academies in India.
