Open class of the course CINF 6995: “Promoting Open Science from University Libraries”, part of the graduate program in Library and Information Science at the University of Puerto Rico.

We will have the special participation of:

- Wikimedia Chile: Carla Toro Fernández (Deputy Executive Director)
- Wikimedia Colombia: Manuel Franco-Avellaneda (Project Director) and Bernardo Caycedo (Coordinator of the Social Appropriation of Knowledge Program)

They will share their experiences through the session “Wikimedia Projects in Libraries, Archives, and Museums: Collaboration for Open Science in Latin America.”
