Within the framework of Open Access Week 2023, the annual international initiative organised by SPARC in partnership with the Open Access Week Advisory Committee, the Open Science Commission and the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento are holding a conference to discuss the relationship between Open Science, Intellectual Property and Research Data. The event will be attended by national and international scholars presenting their experiences to encourage discussion.
